ORDERS & PAYMENT

When you place an order you're making an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we process your payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if something goes wrong on our end. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location — UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, international orders within 7–14 days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves us, it's in the hands of the carrier. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or anything else outside our control.

BESPOKE & COMMISSION WORK

Commission pieces are made to your brief and are non-refundable once work has begun, unless the finished piece is faulty or significantly different from what was agreed. We'll always confirm the design with you before we start.

OUR WORK

Everything created by oh adorned, designs, embroidery, brand assets belongs to us. You're buying the piece, not the right to reproduce or resell our work.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I’m a small independent business. I’ll always do my best to put things right if something goes wrong. But our liability is limited to the value of your order.
